We're excited to offer you the only Hunter Valley whole beef dressing, cutting and packing service with our delicious and fresh Lochinvar farm-to-table grass-fed, grass-finished beef! It's the most economical way to fill your freezer with beef that will impress the whole family.

Once you place your order, we'll be in touch with a cutting list for you to pick the way you'd like your cuts prepared, and once final dressed weight is determined, advise on any outstanding amount to be paid, or refund due from what you pay today.
Our average whole beef carcass is 180kg.
The process is:
1. We start with an average dressed (bone-in) weight for a full, half or quarter beast, and we take this payment as you checkout the order.
2. Once we know final dressed weight, you’ll either pay the additional amount required, or receive a partial refund against what you've already paid.
3. We’ll provide you a cutting list, where you can nominate your preferences on things like mince amount, sausage sizes, and steak options. You don’t have to be a beef connoisseur, we’ll breakdown some common options.
4. We’ll cut down and prepare your order as per your cutting list. You have the option to pay for your beef to be vacuum-sealed for extra shelf-life at time of checkout (an additional $300), otherwise it will be split across and labelled into BPA free plastic butcher bags.
5. It's time to deliver your beef! We’ll lock in a date to deliver your beef to you in our refrigerated delivery van. We’ll help you load your beef into your fridge/freezer.
Cut off for delivery is 9am Thursdays to ensure delivery on Fridays.
Free Delivery: For orders over $100
