Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Barry's Meat Co! This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the shipping and delivery of our products. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at orders@barrysmeatco.com.au.
1. Delivery Locations
We currently ship our products within the Hunter Valley, New South Wales, Australia. We are unable to ship outside of the Hunter Valley at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of delivery. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Actual delivery dates may be up to 7 days from ordering. We deliver to Cessnock LGA on Thursdays and Maitland LGA on Fridays.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We utilise our own delivery van and driver via Barry's Meat Co. It's our friendly face that you will see bringing you our fresh meat, not a third party delivery service!
4. Shipping Charges
We have a flat delivery fee of $10 for orders up to $250 in value, which is applied during checkout. Delivery is free for orders over $250.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Deliveries are completed every Friday, between 9am-1pm. We currently deliver to:
Cessnock, Bellbird, Abermain, Weston, Kurri Kurri, Heddon Greta, Allandale, Greta, Branxton, North Rothbury, Rothbury, Lovedale, Pokolbin, Lochinvar, Luskintyre, Windella, Rutherford, Maitland, East Maitland, Gillieston Heights, Cliftleigh, Chisolm, Metford, Thornton.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be subject to unforeseen delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or personnel changes.
6. Missed Delivery
Due to business restrictions, we are unable to arrange a second delivery attempt unless you pay an additional delivery fee of $13. Alternatively, you may still pick up your order from Barry's Meat Co, Cessnock. It is important that you are available during our proposed delivery window to avoid this.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, certain perishable products may have specific shipping restrictions based on location and climate conditions.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at barrysmeatco@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome for you.
9. Changes to Shipping Policy
Barry's Meat Co Pty Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Policy on our website.
